The wine is straw yellow with a slight golden tinge. Pleasant sparkling and foaming can be observed. The aroma carries floral notes of linden flowers, which continue into notes of bread crust and yeast. The bubbles are lively in the mouth. In the Sparkling Wine production phase, 22 Karat Gold leaves are added.
