About Radgonske Gorice
The winery Radgonske Gorice – Gornja Radgona ltd, Slovenia, EU, is a renowned producer of Still and Sparkling Wines of superior quality. Our sun-exposed vineyards are situated in the region of Slovenske Gorice, between the rivers Scavnica and Mura, where the subalpine and Pannonian climates meet, giving the wine its special quality and freshness.
In our wine cellar, we have been filling Gold Penina made by the classical method of “methode champenoise “ since 1852. We also produce the Silver Pearl Sparkling Wine using the tank or charmat method, the Traminer wine “with a black label”, the popular and wellknown Janzavec, an indigenous Radgona variety, and the Ramina wine as well as other choice wines.
Our broad range of Wines includes the varieties Ranina, Traminer, Sauvignon, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the base for the Sparkling Wine Gold Penina. We are proud of our exceptional vineyard sites such as Rezac, Hudrga, Roposa, Plato, Smalc, Katan and Vurcinger, where superior wines are cultivated.
